As we are a distributor of products from the Malaysian producer, we do not handle funds for the products in Europe. All paid out directly to the manufacturer for any goods to be released from our premises. Hence, returns are not accepted on our products unless in the very rare instance the product is damaged on transit (claims will be processed via the courier and payment to customer completed after courier refunds).

In the exceptional circumstance which may necessitate a return, the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. The product will need to be in the exact packaging as was delivered in. It will be taken into consideration on a case per case basis. The customer will also incur a charge £10 to cater for admin and handling fees (or the cost applicable to your particular order).
