We deliver products FREE of charge only within mainland UK. Other shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page on selection of the delivery destination (country).

Orders placed before 11 am will normally be processed and dispatched the following day using 1st class UK royal mail services.

It is however not possible to provide accurate delivery dates given the current pandemic uncertainty. However, most orders are received within 5 days from the date of ordering.

A tracking number can be provided upon request.

Once payment is processed, you will receive  confirmation of order email and a payment receipt.

Your confirmation of order email doubles as your invoice. Please check the email address you provided at the time of ordering – also check the junk folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.

You can also print your invoice from your account – log in to your account and you will find it listed on your order.

All our parcels are sent via signed for delivery – Do NOT accept damaged items from the courier. Due to the nature of the product, once accepted, we do not offer refunds or returns, UNLESS in the unlikely event, the contents are unacceptable, like if expired (which is very unlikely).

However, if you receive the product you did not order for in the package, then returns are welcome.

You can change your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please call us on 07448 147920 as soon as you realise you would like to amend the order.

Once items have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse the items when delivered to you by the courier and once delivered back to us, we shall refund your money minus the postage charges.
